Gravel route along the Semois river from Florenville
A 35 km bike ride to discover the architecture, geology and landscapes where the Semois flows from the Ardennes into Gaume.

On 13 June 2026, a 35 km gravel route starts from the Florenville Tourist Office. This cycling trip follows the Semois river to explore the contrasts between the Ardennes and Gaume landscapes, passing through typical villages and striking geological sites.
Florenville sits at a natural crossroads where the Semois valley changes character. The route crosses hilltop hamlets, runs alongside wooded meanders and offers viewpoints over limestone cliffs. It's a ride suited to cyclists comfortable with gravel, combining built heritage with landscape observation.
Bring a gravel or mountain bike suitable for mixed trails, water and a picnic if you want to stop along the way. The meeting point is in front of the Tourist Office, easy to find in the centre of Florenville.
