How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellation is done directly via the original platform — Airbnb, Booking or our Octorate back-office depending on which platform you booked through. The team cannot cancel on your behalf, it is required to honor all bookings.

How do I get an invoice?

Invoices from the options shop (deposit, sheets, etc.) are sent automatically after purchase. For an invoice related to the stay itself, write to zythogite@gites-gaume.be.

Where are the gîtes located?

Tintigny, in Belgian Gaume (Province of Luxembourg, south of the country), a stone's throw from Orval Abbey and the French border. 1 hour 30 minutes from Brussels, 1 hour from Luxembourg City, 1 hour 30 minutes from Reims.
