Why not direct email or a human number?

Our team has chosen to centralize everything on the chat and AI line: a response in a few seconds rather than several days, consistent messaging, and the possibility for the assistant to take your pre-reservation immediately. The human team takes over for cases that require it.

How to cancel a reservation?

Cancellation is done directly through the original portal — Airbnb, Booking, or our Octorate back-office depending on the platform you booked through. The team cannot cancel on your behalf; they are required to honor all reservations.

How to get an invoice?

Invoices for the options shop (deposit, linens, etc.) are sent automatically after purchase. For an invoice related to the stay itself, write to zythogite@gites-gaume.be.

Where are the gîtes located?

Tintigny, in Belgian Gaume (Province of Luxembourg, southern part of the country), just steps away from the Abbey of Orval and the French border. 1 hour 30 minutes from Brussels, 1 hour from Luxembourg City, 1 hour 30 minutes from Reims.
