How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellation is done directly via the original portal — Airbnb, Booking or our Octorate back-office depending on the platform through which you booked. The team cannot cancel on your behalf; they are required to honour all bookings.

How do I get an invoice?

Invoices for the options shop (deposit, linens, etc.) are sent automatically after purchase. For an invoice related to the stay itself, write to zythogite@gites-gaume.be.

Where are the gîtes located?

Tintigny, in Belgian Gaume (Province of Luxembourg, south of the country), a stone's throw from Orval Abbey and the French border. 1 h 30 from Brussels, 1 h from Luxembourg City, 1 h 30 from Reims.
