Libramont-Chevigny hosts a Halloween celebration themed around the pumpkin from 26 to 30 October 2026. Titled « Les secrets de la citrouille » — The Secrets of the Pumpkin — the event unfolds over five full days, right in time for the traditional All Saints' season.
The pumpkin, that iconic autumn gourd, serves as the thread connecting the entire programme. Five consecutive days in Libramont-Chevigny are devoted to this single motif. Specific details about the planned activities — exact times, types of entertainment, whether any sessions are free of charge — have not yet been made publicly available. Checking the town's official announcements closer to the date is advisable.
For a family outing around Halloween, a five-day window gives you the flexibility to spread visits across the week or simply pick one day. In late October, evenings draw in early and temperatures drop fast. Bring warm layers and sturdy footwear, particularly if part of the programme takes place outdoors. A quick call to the town hall a few days ahead will confirm the latest schedule.
