Lëtz Run for Equality: running together for equality in public spaces
A solidarity run of 5-6 km open to all, to reaffirm women's right to practice sport freely in public spaces.
Lëtz Run for Equality is a weekly run organized on May 8, 2027 in Luxembourg, in collaboration with SineQuaNon Run. The principle: running together for 5 to 6 kilometers to convey a clear message — women have their rightful place in public spaces, to run, move around, and practice their sport when and where they wish.
The initiative is open to all runners, beginners or experienced, who wish to combine sports practice with civic engagement. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and the pace accessible. We run first for ourselves, but also to remind that equal access to outdoor spaces is not a given everywhere.
If you're staying in Gaume and considering joining the event, plan appropriate running attire and allow some travel time to Luxembourg (approximately 1h15 by car from our accommodations). The event repeats every week, making it easy to plan ahead. A great opportunity to discover the Luxembourg capital from a different angle, while participating in a meaningful collective initiative.
