Roller Bike Parade

Roller Bike Parade on the Ethe Ravel, departure from Place des Onous at 2 PM.

Roller Bike Parade

On June 28, 2026, Ethe hosts a Roller Bike Parade accessible to all, departing at 2 PM from Place des Onous. The route follows the Ravel, this former railway line transformed into a cycling path that crosses the Gaume countryside. Rollerblades, bikes, scooters: everyone moves at their own pace on a route without car traffic.

Ethe is a quiet village in the municipality of Virton, known for its heritage linked to the First World War and its rolling landscapes. Place des Onous serves as a gathering point for this type of friendly event, where families, Sunday athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts mix. The atmosphere is relaxed, far from timed races.

Bring a helmet and protective gear if you're on rollerblades, as well as a water bottle. The Ravel offers little shade in summer. If you're staying in Gaume, Ethe is located about ten kilometers north of Virton, easily accessible by car. Allow two to three hours for the entire ride, depending on the distance covered. A great opportunity to discover the region differently.
